Q: What is the difference between Cleo University and Cleo Learning All-Access Subscription?

Cleo University includes video and live instructor-led courses that can be purchased à la carte from our Course Catalog page in the Cleo Solutions Center at https://support.cleo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049034653

 

The Cleo Learning All-Access Subscription is an on-demand video library accessible for 365-days. The subscription also includes Instructor-led Office Hours (100 hours made available annually), and all-access to full featured courses from the Cleo University Video Library (exclusions apply).

 

Q: Received “You are only able to log in to branch URLs” popup message, what should I do?

If you received this message during login, this means you are a branch or subscription member and must login at the URL you were sent during the initial registration process. Click on the branch name that appears at the bottom of the popup message and it will link you directly to your login URL.

 

Q: How do I contact support if I have issues, questions, or would like to renew my subscription?

Q: Can I change my account password?

Yes, to update your password navigate to the dashboard page and click on your name and select “My info” to access your profile page. Enter your new password then click the “Update user” button located at the bottom left corner of the page.

 

Q: Can I download the videos?

No, downloading or copying video content is strictly prohibited.

 

Q: I see there are tests within the courses, what happens if I do not pass?

To achieve a passing score on any course test, you must correctly answer at least 70 percent of the questions. You can retake the test within each Unit as many times as needed until you pass.
